If you are ready to change your body, mind and your lifestyle for the better, get your BUNS over here!!!!! FB is 45 minutes for YOU to torch calories, challenge your strength, stamina, balance, core, coordination, flexibility and, most important….. to become THE BEST VERSION OF YOU! Beginners, intermediate and advanced levels are welcome. We modify based on your current fitness level!

Class size is 6 max/class so we can be sure you have a safe and effective workout! We finish with a stretch/flexibility session where we do most of our laughing, which in turn, leads to a great abdominal workout!!!
